Aikon Interior is based in Blackburn VIC 3130 and primarily services metropolitan Melbourne and greater Victoria for commercial projects. Residential renovation enquiries are focused on Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs including Doncaster, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Camberwell, Blackburn and surrounding areas. Commercial programs may extend statewide subject to crew availability and programme requirements.

Head contractors and developers submitting enquiries should include architectural lining schedules, reflected ceiling plans, fire engineering reports (where fire-rated scope applies) and the master programme with mobilisation dates. Our estimators assess drawing completeness, specification requirements, access conditions and concurrent trade interfaces before pricing. Incomplete documentation at tender stage is the most common cause of quotation delays — we will request missing information rather than price optimistic assumptions.

Homeowners describing renovation objectives should include the property address, scope of works (wall changes, ceiling replacement, full lining) and whether the property will be occupied during works. We arrange site visits for properties within our service area to assess existing conditions before providing fixed-price quotations. Renovation quotations distinguish between definable scope (fixed price) and unknown conditions behind existing linings (allowance items stated separately).

First Contact: What to Expect
When you contact Aikon Interior — by phone, email or web form — your enquiry is logged and assigned to the appropriate team member within one business day. Commercial subcontract enquiries route to our estimating team, who will request drawings and specification extracts if not already provided. Residential renovation enquiries route to our project coordination team, who will discuss scope objectives and arrange a site visit if the property falls within our service area.
We do not employ high-pressure sales follow-up. If your project timeline is six months away, we will note your programme and respond when you are ready to proceed with pricing. If your mobilisation date is imminent, tell us explicitly — we maintain a mobilisation readiness register and can advise crew availability within 48 hours for urgent commercial programs.
Site Visits & Meetings
Commercial site meetings are arranged at pre-construction or active construction sites by appointment with the head contractor's site manager. Residential site visits are conducted during weekday daylight hours at the homeowner's convenience. Our representative will assess existing lining conditions, discuss scope objectives, identify access constraints and photograph relevant areas for quotation reference. Site visits for residential projects are provided at no charge within our standard service area.
