Aikon Interior warrants that lining works will be executed to the specification documented in the contract and will be fit for purpose as a paint-ready or decoration-ready surface at handover. Warranty periods and rectification obligations are defined in project-specific subcontract terms — not on this website. General guidance: workmanship defects identified within the defect liability period are rectified at no charge; damage caused by subsequent trades, building movement, or client modification after handover falls outside workmanship warranty scope.
